Naomi, a graduate of the University of Nairobi and a holder of a post-graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law is the Managing Partner of Naomi & Kilemi Advocates.

With ten (10) years’ experience in conveyancing and bank securities, she is the head of the Conveyancing and Intellectual Property Department. She is passionate about land law and the evolving realm of real estate. Her main focus is on real estate developments and has been involved in numerous residential and commercial estate development transactions.

EVELYN KATHAMBI KILEMI

Evelyn, a graduate of the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a holder of a post-graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law is a Partner at Naomi & Kilemi Advocates.

With particular interest in corporate commercial law, she is the head of the commercial department.

Her main area of focus is company law involving incorporation of various legal entities, restructuring of companies, legal opinions and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. She has been involved in advising on a wide array of commercial contracts revolving banking, agriculture, energy, environment conservation and education sectors.
